Do I need my own subscription?

If the head coach has a Pro or Club plan, you access all features through their team. You don't need a separate paid subscription.

Can I chart bullpen sessions on my own?

Yes, as long as your team is on a Pro or Club plan. Bullpen charting runs in the iOS app. Chart a bullpen session, and the data appears in the team's pitch history, where the head coach can review it from their device.
