1. Get every player in the system before the first drill.
Share the built-in registration link and let families sign players up themselves, or upload your existing player list and start from there. Either way, every player who shows up is already in Rizzler with a check-in record, so nobody gets evaluated on a napkin.
2. Score every station from your phone, all day or all week.
Create custom skill templates for whatever your sport demands: first touch and finishing for soccer, serving and passing for volleyball, route running for football, hitting and fielding for baseball. Every evaluator rates players 1 to 5 from their own phone and scores sync in real time. Larger clubs run tryouts across a whole weekend or a full week of sessions, and scores keep accumulating on each player until the last rep.

What plan includes Team Tryouts?
Team Tryouts is available on the Club plan ($79/mo). It is an organizational feature designed for clubs rather than individual coaches. For mid-season assessments of players already on your roster, every Pro and Club team can use player evaluations. Full details are on the Team Tryouts feature page.
How do players get into the tryout?
Two ways: share the built-in registration link and families sign up themselves, or upload your existing list of tryout players. Check-in on tryout day marks who actually showed.
Can we run tryouts over a weekend or multiple days?
Yes. Many larger clubs run tryouts across a weekend or even a full week of sessions. Scores accumulate on each player across every session, so the rankings reflect the whole tryout, not just the last day.
How many players can one tryout handle?
The Club plan supports up to 300 players. You can run a single tryout event with multiple age groups: players are organized by division, and evaluators can be assigned to specific groups and stations.
Do evaluators need accounts?
You invite your coaches as evaluators and assign them to stations and age groups. Each coach scores from their own phone, scores sync in real time, and multiple ratings for the same player are averaged automatically. The Club plan includes unlimited coaches per team.
What happens after the tryout?
Accepted players convert into your full team roster on the Rizzler Sports platform. From there you run the season in the same place: schedules and RSVPs, parent email and SMS updates, mid-season evaluations, parent progress reports, and Rizzler Reps for at-home development. Baseball and softball teams also get game planning, AI lineups, and live scoring in the coach app.
