How the baseball practice planner works
Pick a practice length and age group. The module panel filters to drills that honestly fit that age, grouped by phase: arrival, warm-up, core, conditioning, and cooldown. Drag a module between segments to add it with its default duration, or drop it onto a segment to stack it. Every duration is editable and the summary bar tracks planned minutes against your target.
Free-text segments are always available, so a plan never dead-ends on a drill we do not have. Stations blocks split the team into 2-6 rotating groups. The free set covers tee tracks, a throwing ladder, the 4-station hitting circuit, ground-ball triangle, 21 outs, PFP, and baserunning reads, plus every universal module. The rest of the baseball library shows in the panel and unlocks with a free account.

How long should a youth baseball practice be?
60 minutes for 6-8 year olds, 75-90 minutes for 9-12, and 90-120 minutes for 13 and up. Keep each segment under 15 minutes for the youngest players and run stations so nobody stands in line.
What should a 90-minute baseball practice look like?
Arrival tee work (10), throwing progression (10), a hitting circuit (25), a defensive block like 21 outs (20), baserunning (15), and a stretch and arm-care cooldown (10). The default plan on this page is exactly that, ready to customize.
Is this practice plan builder really free?
