Yes. Your team's stats, game plans, lineups, and player data are private to your coaching staff. No one outside your team can see your data — not opposing coaches, not other teams in your league, and not other Rizzler users. The only people with access are the coaches you've invited to your team.

If your team is part of a league or club using the League & Club plan, your organization's administrators can see aggregated data through the organization dashboard — things like pitch count compliance, playing time distribution, and rule compliance flags. This is by design: league boards need visibility to enforce rules and ensure fairness.

Administrators see team-level summaries. They don't see your game plans, lineup strategy, or individual player evaluation notes.
